My combined love of the beach and dogs has been the inspiration behind Harbour Hounds. Flicka was my first dog, a beautiful flatcoated retriever, whose absolute favourite place in the world was the beach…with a ball, naturally. Many a day was spent on our local beaches, with water-loving Flicka running into the sea and refusing to come out when it was time to go home.
Hi, I’m Sarah. As a child I spent most of my weekends on the Isle of Wight, sailing, horse riding, kayaking and enjoying some of the best British beaches. Having studied at the world-renowned arts and design college, Central St Martin’s in London, I followed a career working all over the world developing and presenting some of the most famous and respected luxury retail brands.
I live on the south coast with my cockapoo Nelly, who is cheeky, full of character, super cute and, like Flicka before her, a beach lover too. I’m sure you’ll get to know her very well, as she models the Harbour Hounds range.
